LED Light Engine

Light engine is the core of the fiber optic lighting system. Also known as the light source, the illuminator, the projector and the generator, the fiber optic light engine provides light and control of the system. The light engine is mainly composed of LED module, the lens or reflective cup, color or twinkle wheel, fiber connector, control motherboard, power supply, heat dissipation device, etc. The LED fiber optic light engine produced by Minar Illumination has more than 30 models from 3W-150W with different effect to meet the requirements of different projects and effects.

POF Cable

POF (Plastic Optical Fiber) is the main part of an optical fiber lighting system, and its function is to transmit light to a predetermined place. POF can be divided into two types: end light emitting and whole-body light-emitting. The former means that the light beam is transmitted to the end, or the tail light is used for lighting; the latter itself is a luminous body, forming a flexible light column. The end emitting optical fiber usually IS made of PMMA, while the material of the whole body emitting POF can be divided into PMMA and polymer.

Fiber Optic Light Kit

The fiber optic light kit is composed of the fiber optic light engine and fiber bundle. In some kits, the end fittings are included. The fiber kit provides a complete starry effect solution for some common small-sized ceilings. The fiber bundle has a defined number, diameter, and length of fiber strands, which have been pre-cut and assembled into the fiber connector, ready for installation. As such, the clients do not need to configure the solutions themselves as they can install the fiber strands directly after getting the package. The fiber bundles could also be customized with mixed fiber strands of different diameters, and lengths, according to the actual needs.

End fittings

End fittings are used to focus or diffuse the fiber optic light spots to achieve a certain effect. They also are used to protect the fiber cable. Minar Illumination provides end fittings used for star ceilings, wet area lighting, chandelier and curtain, sauna room, etc.

Accessories

Minar provides various categories of fiber optic lighting spare parts, from color wheels, fiber port connectors to the hot knife, cable tracks, mounting clips, etc. Customized spare parts are also welcome, such as the color wheels with different color segments, signal cables of different lengths, etc.
