LEA-1001BDMX

This light engine can be controlled by a mobile APP, LEDSmartLight, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app can also be downloaded by scanning the left QR code.

This mobile APP is developed by Minar Illumination and is different from the existing ones in the market. It features easy operation.

The APP's main functions:
* Static and cycling colors
* Built-in programs
* Customized effects - Colors Jump/Breathe/Flash/Fading
* Audio control
* Dimming
* Color-change speed adjustment
* Twinkle wheel speed adjustment

Remarks: 1. The control interface will not show up until the APP has connected to a light engine via Bluetooth. 2. Color customization is for light engines of RGBW models only.

New Housing in May 2025 for new features.

New Features:
1. XLR connectors for DMX512 signal are changed to RJ45 socket.
2. DIP Switches are moved to the back panel.
3. A microphone is added to the back panel.

Functions Cancelled in the New Housing:
The onboard dimmer. The dimming function can be realized by a remote control.

The DIP Switches on the light engines are applied to control the following:
1. SW10: To set up a Master or a Slave light engine,
2. SW9 of a master light engine: On/off for the remote control and Bluetooth for the APP control function,
3. SW1-5 of a master light engine: Built-in programs,
4. SW6-8 of a master light engine: Invalid,
5. SW1-9 of slave light engine: DMX addresses

A DMX light engine always works either as a master or a slave machine.
a. When a DMX light engine works alone, it should always be set up as a master machine.
b. A group of the same DMX models can run the master-slave control mode to have synchronized effects.
c. By default, all DMX light engines are set as Slaves before shipment,

By default, a 6-color wheel has been assembled in the light engine.

The wheels/discs that could be equipped into the LEA-501BDMX fiber optic light engine, from left to right and top to bottom:
1. 6-color wheel,
2. Fast-effect twinkle wheel,
3. Slow-effect twinkle wheel,
4. Fast-effect colorful twinkle wheel,
5. Slow-effect colorful twinkle wheel.

Other wheels/discs are available at request, and customized requirement is also welcome.

The matching operation of RC-28M with the APP light engine is also different from the regular 28-button remote control, RC-28.

Remarks: RC-28M is available in two models, the RF version and 2.4G version, which are not interchangeable. It depends on which APP applies to the machine. Please check the details in the User Manual for the APP light engines.

LEE-1001BDMX fiber optic light engine is the upgrade version of LEA-501BDMX, using one piece of 10W CREE XPL LED module. Together with the lens, the LED module can drive the end glow fiber cable of 12-15 meters long.

The structure of the light engine's ferrule, which holds the fiber connector, is different from that of other light engines. Its surface is flat instead of having a slim edge. By default, the aperture of the fiber connector for the low-voltage APP light engine is 18mm. At request, 20mm is available.

For the non-App control low-voltage light engines, their fiber connector aperture is 14mm or 18mm.
