Aperture
Fiber connectors consist of a PG connector and a port connector which is made of Aluminum. The PG connector usually is black while the port connector is Aluminum color.
When we talk about the aperture of the light engine, we usually refer to the inner diameter of the port connector.
The port connector is the one plugged into the port of a light engine.
3-in-1 Fiber Connector
By default, the line voltage light engine usually comes with a 3-in-1 combination port connector with apertures of 20mm, 24mm, and 28mm respectively.
Under request, the 3-in-1 combination port connector could be replaced by a one-piece fiber connector with an aperture of 30mm.
In the right picture, the left one is the one-piece fiber connector. The second from the left is the middle part of the combined port connector. The three on the right are the end connector of the combined port connector with different apertures.
Low Voltage Light Engines
A low-voltage light engine usually comes with a single-piece fiber connector with an aperture of 14mm. At request, it could be replaced by a single-piece fiber connector with an aperture of 18mm.
LLE-006 and LLE-007 have different fiber connectors with an aperture of 14mm only.
Customized Fiber Connector
Customized fiber connectors are available at request.
