Special Weaving Process
The plafiber optic mesh consists of 150 optical fibers, each with a diameter of 0.75mm, woven together using a specialized process. It offers considerable flexibility, and the appropriately twisted fiber strands emit light from the side.
Excellent Elasticity
Due to its unique weaving process, the plastic fiber optic mesh exhibits excellent elasticity.
Compatible Fiber Optic Light Engines
When the fiber mesh is 5 meters or less in length, our low-voltage light engines are recommended. If the fiber mesh is over 10 meters long, our high-voltage light engines will be a better choice.
It is also suggested put both ends of the fiber mesh into the light engine for a better light-emitting effect.
The Length per Roll
Due to its special processing technology, the maximum length of the fiber mesh varies between 100m and 130m. The maximum length of different rolls may vary from each other.
Cable Cutters
The fiber mesh is easy to cut and assemble. The regular wire cutters work well.
Before cutting, it is best to apply adhesive tape to the area where the fiber mesh will be cut to prevent it from fraying.
